Clay Together Workshop with Sarah Fraser
Hi! Stoke Presents is a mini festival taking place in Stoke Town on Saturday 2nd April 2022.
Come along and explore the unique heritage of Stoke while trying out something new and imagining what the future of the town might hold.
About Hi! Stoke Presents
As part of the festival, Associate Artist Sarah Fraser will be running our Clay Together workshop. The goal of our Hello High Street! project is to reconnect with Stoke’s high street, through having business owners, workers, regular and new high street goers telling their stories about the place and why it’s important to us. We’d love you to be part of that conversation.
About the workshop
At the workshop you’ll have the chance to make something celebrating the buildings and the people of Stoke High Street, adding to a clay map of the area. You can take your creations home with you if you want to keep them. You can also make a postcard and leave a message about what makes the High Street a good place to be.
All materials and tools will be provided.
No booking required. Just bring yourself and your stories.
When
The workshop will run from 12-4pm, Saturday 2nd April
Cost
The workshop is free to attend and suitable for all ages. Children aged 16 or under must be accompanied by an adult.
