What is Recast – Find Out More about?

Come along to see the Recast exhibition and meet some of the project participants. Get to grips with the project for yourself by making a ‘rune’ with clay. Have a conversation with members of the BCB team about clay and its potential for benefitting health and wellbeing.

 

Who is this event for?

Anyone and everyone is welcome to attend. The activities will be suitable for all ages.

 

What will I do?

Take a look at the Recast exhibition, hear from those involved in the Recast project, talk to members of the BCB team and have a go with clay.

 

Who will be there?

Members of Stoke Recovery Service and participants in the Recast project.

Members of the BCB team including Clare Wood, Artistic Director & CEO; Natalie Armitage, Learning & Participation Manager and Joanne Mills, Studio & Community Programme Manager.

 

Where does it take place?

AirSpace is a gallery, project space and studios, led by and run by artists. From their base in Stoke-on-Trent they champion the artist and their work, and advocate for a broader role for the arts in society. 

 

When is Recast – Find Out More taking place?

12-3pm, Saturday 17 June 2023.
